Join us for a fun and interactive Cooking Class on Saturday, October 26 from 11 am to 1 pm at Stone's Cove KitBar.
Class Includes
- Instructions and demonstrations on four seasonal dishes (see below for complete menu).
- Hands on experience behind the KitBar.
- Sampling of all items prepared during the class.
- A toast to your culinary success with Stone's Cove Sangria or sparkling apple cider (Two glasses included with price of the class).
Fall Harvest Cooking Class Menu
- Fire Roasted Oysters Rockefeller: Learn how to shuck fresh Chincoteague oysters and then fire roast them in our Wood Stone oven "Rockefeller" style.
- Fall Harvest Flatbread: Our ChefTenders will demonstrate their favorite fall Flatbread using the season's best ingredients. Then it's your turn to create a signature fall class. Most original Flatbread wins a $25 Hall Pass.
- Dizzy Duck: You'll learn how to make our Dizzy Duck. It's sesame, garlic & ginger roasted duck breast served over wild rick and roasted shiitake mushrooms.
- Pumpkin Cheesecake Cones: Finish the class with dessert. Vanilla cones filled with pumpkin cheesecake spiced with orange zest and topped with homemade brown sugar whipped cream.
