Harris Corp., Lockheed Sign Leases in Herndon Office Complex
The companies employ tens of thousands of employees between them.
Two big companies have signed leases in Herndon.
Harris Corp, a communications and information technology company, signed an 11-year lease for offices inside the new Arboretum II building at 2235 Monroe Street, according to a press release from Transwestern, the real estate firm that manages the site.
Harris Corp is based out of Melbourne, Fla. and has about 15,000 employees, according to the press release.

Lockheed Martin has also signed a 13-month lease renewal for their 161,359 square feet in the property’s South Building.
