ArtSpace Herndon's New Years Eve Celebrations included a bonfire and local performers.
ArtSpace Herndon's third annual New Years Eve Celebrations brought out crowds of all ages to celebrate the evening on Monday night. The evening began with family friendly performances from Sun Dance Performance Company, original storytelling by Melanie Stanley, local folk singer Bill Davis and more. Attendees then headed outdoors for a bonfire where special pine cones sent up colored flames to the sky. The Herndon-Reston Drum Circle led drumming while Sun Dance Performance Company led folk dances. After the bonfire everyone headed back into ArtSpace for more local performances in a tonight show format, complete with interviews with performers, commercials and a Top 10 list.
