Fairfax County Police charged a man with assault, abduction and strangulation after a domestic incident in the 13300 block of Hungerford Place in Herndon on Dec. 6. Police said they were called to the home about 1:45 p.m. to respond to a domestic incident. Rigoberto Quinteros, 26, of Herndon was arrested. The victim did not require medical attention, police said. SEX OFFENSE, 13200 block of Poener Place, Herndon, 6:20 a.m. Dec. 17, A 41-year-old victim reported he was sexually assaulted by known individual. The case is still under investigation.
