Herndon's 'Count ON Us' Service Initiative Launched Monday
Initiative implements new service standards for all employees.
The Town of Herndon launched its new customer service initiative, "Count ON Us," on Monday afternoon. The initiative is designed to enhance the town's service to residents, businesses and others who interact with town government and services. "Count ON Us" is also designed to incorporate the town's new brand. Town employees have always provided exemplary customer service. They are polite, friendly, and quick to respond. They go the extra mile to do things right and help in any way they can.
