Chantilly Day was held on Saturday, May 12 in the Babies R Us parking lot on Metrotech Drive.
Chantilly Day featured businesses and organizations from the Chantilly and Herndon area. The festival also included a parade in the morning, children's activities and an evening concert. Local teen band, Jumbo Shrimp, performed as the opening act for the evening concert. The band takes classes and rehearses at Herndon's The Music Loft. The event was organized by the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce.

This past Saturday was the 1st Annual Chantilly Day, in the Babies "R" Us parking lot off of Metrotech Drive. Chantilly Day was created by the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce. With a parade in the morning, vendors and festivities throughout the day and a concert in the evening, there was no shortage of fun for any who attended - adults and children alike.

Members of the Chantilly community, including Westfield and Chantilly high schools, gathered on Saturday, May 12 to participate in the parade that kicked off Chantilly Day. More than 100 business from Chantilly and other nearby communities came together for Chantilly Day. The event was organized by the Chantilly-Centreville Chamber of Commerce, which is part of the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce.

The first ever Chantilly Day Festival will be a large-scale community event at the Sully Place Shopping Center on Saturday, May 12 from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The event will include a parade along Metrotech Drive, a Taste of Chantilly restaurant celebration, a children’s fair, stage performances, a car show, business expo, awards ceremony, sunset concert and more.
