Herndon Police Report: 26 Incidents of Speeding Reported

The Herndon Police Department reported the following incidents from Dec. 31, 2012 through Jan. 6, 2013. The following information was supplied by the Herndon Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. BRUIN DISTRICT • A 19-year-old Reston man was issued a summons for possession of marijuana at 11:52 p.m. on Jan. 4 in the 700 block of Alabama Drive. • A 61-year-old man with no fixed address was arrested for being drunk in public at 7:15 p.m. on Jan. 4 in the 900 block of Alabama Drive. • The victim reported that between Dec. 17 and Dec. 31 the hood and top part of their truck was scratched.
