Herndon Man Attacks Victim for 'No Apparent Reason' In Rosslyn Store

The attack took place early on Dec. 30, according to Arlington police.

An intoxicated 30-year-old man attacked a person inside of a Rosslyn store in what appeared to be a random incident, according to the Arlington County Police Department. Justin Lee Tchabo, of Herndon, was charged with malicious wounding. He was held without bond. The attack took place at 3:45 a.m. Sunday at a store in the 1600 block of North Wilson Boulevard, according to information police released Wednesday. Tchabo repeatedly punched a man in the head, dragged him to the back of the store and then continued punching him, according to police. The victim was attacked “for no apparent reason,” according to police. He was found unconscious with swelling to his face and was taken to a local hospital.
