Town of Herndon to Launch Customer Service Initiative
Initiative will be launched Jan. 14.
The Town of Herndon is holding a launch event for its new customer service initiative, Count ON Us, on Monday. Town Manager Art Anselene will be outlining the new customer service initiative, which supports the Town Council's vision for exceptional service. The initiative was developed by an employee committee. The launch event begins at 3 p.m. Monday in the Herndon Municipal Center Lobby, 777 Lynn St., in downtown Herndon.
