Today Show Financial Editor Jean Chatzky suggests deciding ahead of time what you intend to purchase, so your time in the store will be maximized and you won't over spend. Target is open until 9 p.m. Christmas Eve. Chatzky said Monday on the Today Show that Target has the best price she's seen on LeapFrog LeapPad 1, and is also having a sale on the iPad Touch. The closest Target store is in Reston, located at 12197 Sunset Hills Rd.
