Horrible management. All the way from their Western Regional Manager Kelly Felice to their leasing office team. Complaints aren't addressed in a timely manner, and they don't put in the extra effort when it comes to making their tenants happy. Once you move in you are forgotten and pushed to the bottom of their priority list. Beware of Van Metre Woodland Park Apartments. My family did not have a positive experience living here. Many tenants say will tell you the same.
