Bowen Therapy is absolutely amazing! Bowen has helped my hips when other modalities (massage, chiropractic, etc) only helped for a very brief time. I've seen Kate several times for issues I was having *and not having!* She really is a catalyst for healing, and will go beyond the call of measure to make sure that you are cared for and nurtured back into wellness. One time I went in there for a shoulder problem, but I had a terrible migraine that day for some reason. It was gone by the time I left. She is a healer. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
