Don't Miss It - Last Jambrew Night This Friday!

Jambrew takes place Friday night on the Town Green.

This Friday, Sept. 27 is the last night of the 2013 Jambrew live music series on the Town Green.

And, this week, with the all-new Fall Carnival happening at the same time just next door in the Station Street parking lot, it should be a pretty epic night.

Jambrew was started by the Herndon Hospitality Association in 2009 as a way to showcase everything that's fun about living in the Town of Herndon.

The weekly event features food tents from Herndon restaurants, local breweries pouring their best beers, and live bands, many of which are from Northern Virginia.

Proceeds from the events benefit the Herndon in many ways, such as the arts, Recyclelife.org and The Closet.

On the Stage This Week

For the last Jambrew concert of the season, check out the headlining band "...And What Army" at 8 p.m. The night's opening act will be "TheyCallMePiano" at 6 p.m.

Jambrew takes place on the Town Green, which is behind the Municipal Center at 765 Lynn Street, and in front of the Herndon Fortnightly Library. Jambrew takes place from 6-10 p.m.

And, There's An After-Party Too!

To bid farewell to another fun Jambrew season, all are welcome to head on over to Carpool restaurant and pool hall at 208 Elden St. for an after-party.
