Five Things to Know This Week in Herndon

Here's a few things to know about happening in Herndon this week: 

1. The last of the will be this week from Tuesday to Thursday. Children and teens can learn the basics of golf, the rules of the game, etiquette and more. 

2. The will be Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. at . This week's speaker is Dr. Robert Verhalen, who will be discussing the aging crisis faced by the United States. 

3. The Moms Club of Herndon's monthly meeting is scheduled for Thursday at 10 a.m. The Moms Club will be discussing the Olympics, culture and diversity this month and children can take part in related craft projects.

4. Registration is open for Legends basketball and baseball for boys men and women. Many games are played in Fairfax County, and some baseball games are played in Prince William County.
