Betting odds

Prognosticators and oddsmakers say the game will be a close one. On Friday, the betting site ScoresandOdds.com gave the Broncos a two-point edge as veteran quarterback Peyton Manning tries to win his second Super Bowl ring.

Halftime show

Bruno Mars was tight-lipped at a recent press conference about just what fans could expect from his Super Bowl halftime show on Sunday.

“I want the world to watch,” Mars said when asked if he would share details about his performance, which will also include theRed Hot Chili Peppers, reports USA Today

The halftime show always makes for good watercooler buzz online and at work the next day. Previous halftime performers have included MadonnaPrince, Michael Jackson, and Bruce Springsteen. And who can forget Janet Jackson's infamous wardrobe malfunction while onstage with Justin Timberlake 10 years ago?
