Herndon High Football Player Sets Record, Featured in Magazine
Ryan McLaughlin set a new school record during Friday night's game against Chantilly.
The Herndon football team may have lost 56-40 to the Chantilly Chargers Friday, but the Hornets are still riding high with the knowledge that junior quarterback Ryan McLaughlin set a school record.
Also great news: McLaughlin is being featured as the Player of the Week by GameDayMagazine.com.
McLaughlin set a new school record Friday with five touchdown passes and a total of 371 yards during the game.
"Congratulations to Ryan for his lights-out performance," GameDayMagazine said on its website.
