Herndon gymnastics took second place at the six team meet at Centreville High School on Jan. 6 with Robinson in first, Oakton in third, Centreville in fourth, Lee in fifth and Westfield in sixth.
Herndon gymnast Kellie Hayden placed third in All-Around individual competition, second in both Bars and Beam, and sixth in Floor. Teammate Qadera Malveaux placed first in Vault, tied for fourth in Floor, and placed sixth in Bars.
