Turkey Trot 5K - Herndon Community Center

The annual Herndon Turkey Trot 5K travels from the through the grass and paved paths, parts of the WOD paved trail and vehicular paved road.

Participants are asked to bring canned food donations along with their registration fee, to support local food banks.

In addition, used running shoes and sneakers are begin collected to be recycled as part of the Nike ReUse a Shoe program.
