Marching Band Competition at Herndon High School

The Pride of Herndon hosts the 16th Annual Showcase of Bands on Saturday, September 29, 2012 (mark your calendars to attend)!  This is the USBANDS Northern Virginia Regional competition with bands coming from both Maryland and Virginia.  There will be over 28 marching bands performing at this competition which will bring a full day of musical and visual entertainment!   Concessions will be on sale all day so there will be food and drinks for you to enjoy while watching the wonderful performances. The Pride of Herndon will march in exhibition in the evening.  Their fall show is called Songs of the Northern Seas; the show includes selections from How to Train Your Dragon, Riverdance and Lord of the Dance. Come out and join us for a wonderful show!!
