Weekend Planner: JamBrew, Tag Day and More

This Saturday is the Pride of Herndon's Tag Day.

THURSDAY

• Sing live band karaoke at Jimmy's tonight with Rock n Roke starting at 9:30 p.m. A live band will help make your rockstar dreams come true.   

FRIDAY

• Head out to at 6 p.m. to catch some local talent as RDGLDGRN takes the stage. JamBrew is a month-long concert series showcasing bands and singer-songwriters from Northern Virginia.

SATURDAY

• The , fundraising for the band. They'll also be distributing tags with the dates of upcoming band concerts on them. Funds help cover costs like trips and concert fees.  
• The closing reception for the Saturday at ArtSpace. The photographs chosen for the 2013 At Home in Herndon calendar will be unveiled, as will the viewers choice winner.  

SUNDAY

• Stone's Cove Kitbar is hosting . Eat at Stone's Cove and mention you're there to support Habitat for Humanity and 20 percent of your check will go to Habitat for Humanity of Northern Virginia.  
• The will be held this Sunday in downtown Herndon from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. This year's even will also include a . There will be classic cars, doo-wop tunes, swing dancing, 50s style games, food and more.

ONGOING

• The  at ArtSpace Herndon. The exhibit showcases the work of area photographers and the photos were submitted to be considered for inclusion in the town's At Home in Herndon calendar. A closing reception will be held Sept. 8.
