Herndon Cheerleaders Compete at Regional Finals
The Herndon Hornets Varsity Cheer Team competed at the 2011 Regional Finals at Fairfax High School.
The Herndon Hornets took third place at the 2011 Northern Region Cheerleading Tournament Finals on Saturday, Nov. 5.
Eight teams competed for the top four spots, which will compete at the state tournament. Fairfax took first while Stone Bridge took second, Herndon third and West Springfield took fourth. The state tournament will take place Saturday, Nov. 12 at the Virginia Commonwealth University campus in Richmond.
