Medical research shows that Tai Chi (Taiji) is beneficial for relieving many illnesses. This continuing class is designed for person with serious health or mobility challenges. It focuses on simple Tai Chi postures and movements to improve balance and coordination, energy circulation and overall health. New students may enroll at any time. You are also welcome to come to observe and decide if these exercises are appropriate for you.
Note: The location is one the second floor. Participants must be able to negotiate two short flights of steps without danger.
