H. O. A. Forum
The public is welcome and encouraged to attend this event to hear from professionals in the field discuss various aspects of H.O.A. management as well as to learn the latest snow removal improvements and procedures from the Virginia Department of Transportation. Attendees will be able to ask questions of the panel.
The forum will include a representative from the Virginia Office of the Common Interest Community Ombudsman, chair of the Common Interest Community Board, a community association attorney, a community association insurance representative, and a representative from the National Realty Partners, as well as a VDOT representative.
"This forum came about after several meetings that I have had with associations and the issues that they are facing, especially the small self-managed H.O.A.'s." Rust noted, "We are also fortunate to have a representative from VDOT who will brief resident's on the improvements they have made in response to last year's record snows,"
