The FPAC began the listening tour in the spring to give community members an opportunity to share their concerns and ideas about facilities issues. The December 6 meetings, which conclude this series of meetings, are focused on listening to the community members of Clusters I and VI schools, but any resident is welcome to attend.

FPAC advises the Fairfax County School Board and staff members on long-term plans for facilities needs. Its members are made up of 13 Fairfax County residents—one from each magisterial district, three at-large members, and one from the City of Fairfax.
