Be careful during the morning commute Wednesday, you'll probably be seeing more of our local school children heading to school on two wheels.
Bike to School Day is Wednesday, May 7. The national event spotlights the need for healthy exercise and bike-friendly communities.
In Herndon, at least three schools have registered their participation, including:
- Dranesville Elementary School, Walk/Bike to School Day
- Herndon Elementary School, HES Walk/Bike to School Day
- Lutie Lewis Coates Elementary School, BIKE TO COATES DAY
