Coming Soon: Subway at Reston Town Center

Reston Town Center will soon have another lunch option. Subway sandwich shop is preparing to open on Market Street, in an empty space between Iceberry and Midtown Condominiums.

No opening date has been set, but the space is currently under construction.

Subway has Reston stores at South Lakes Village Center, North Point Village Center and Plaza America.

Subway??? Town Center??? What's next, pay day store?

I think that is a little harsh. There are thousands of people who work in RTC who don;t want to spend $20 on lunch. I think it will actually do really well there.

Although, I do not buy into the "Fresh" theme that they advertize, I think that this Subway concept is their newer "Upscale Cafe" and will have a softer interior.

Nah, MJ. The next move is pawn shops, thrift stores and maybe even a store-front church. Of course, all specializing in upscale clients.

I think it would be a welcome addition to the plaza.
