What is the 'State of Fairfax County?'

Fairfax County Board Chairman Sharon Bulova gives her annual State of the County address, highlighting accomplishments from 2013,  and goals and challenges for 2014.

Some of the major topics she touched upon were schools and education, public safety, revitalization, health and human services and, of course, budget.

Fairfax County Public Schools Superintendent Karen Garza, newly-elected Sheriff Stacey Kincaid and others made appearances as well.
