Snow Storm Information From Town of Herndon
Delay info, snow removal process and more.
A last bit of snow has left a big mess in the region.
Town of Herndon offices will open at 10 a.m. Monday, March 17. Liberal leave is in effect for non-emergency employees.
Programs and classes offered through the town's Parks & Recreation Department and beginning before 3 p.m. are cancelled. A decision about classes later in the day will be made by 1p.m.

The Department of Public Works is responsible for snow removal in the town's right-of-way. Arterial routes receive first priority for salting, sanding, and plowing.
The city asks that individuals clear sidewalks adjacent to their business or home. Public Works only clears sidewalks near schools or critical road crossings.More snow removal info from the Town of Herndon.
