Nominate Your Neighbor for Herndon's Good Neighbor Award

Do you have a neighbor that's always ready to help? Someone who can be counted on to help take care of children, pets, watch homes while others are on vacation? Someone who always offers to chip in with a smile? 

Nominate them for the Town of Herndon's Good Neighbor Award. Nominations are being accepted through November 3. Town residents can nominate family members, friends or neighbors who make an impact on the quality of life in their neighborhood. Recipients must be residents of the Town of Herndon and the acts they are nominated for cannot have been because of paid employment. 

Good Neighbor Award winners are recognized by the Town of Herndon and the mayor at a town council meeting and will receive a commemorative gift. Nomination forms can be found on the Town of Herndon website and can also be picked up at the Herndon Municipal Center.
