The Silver Line is Coming!!

As Metro's new Silver Line construction advances westward, the Town of Herndon is preparing for the opening of Herndon's Metrorail stop, located in the median of the Dulles Toll Road adjacent to the existing park-and-ride garage on Sunrise Valley Drive. 

A pedestrian bridge will connect the station to land within the Town of Herndon, on the south side of Herndon Parkway.  The project is planned for completion in 2016.

Join us for a Community meeting, at which attendees will: 

>   Hear from the town's Metro Area Study consultants about progress to date on the project

>   Learn about transportation impacts

>   Participate in a question and answer session at which specific issues or concerns will be addressed. 

Please join us as we plan for the coming of Metrorail's silver Line to the Town of Herndon!
