Alzheimer's Association Town Hall Meeting

For the first time ever, our country has a National Alzheimer’s Plan.  What does this mean for you?

Please join us on September 17 from 7 - 8pm at the Rust Library in Leesburg, VA for a public input session.  We need to hear from people living with dementia, caregivers, family members and friends, providers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders who care about a world without Alzheimer’s.

Share your opinions with key decision makers about the impact that a successfully implemented plan will have on your lives:  from caregiver support and expanding research to healthcare provider education and efforts to raise public awareness to diminish the stigma associated with Alzheimer’s.

Learn more and sign up today at www.alz.org/nca or call 703.359.4440.

Unable to attend?  Share your feedback online at www.alz.org/napa.

Make your voice heard in the fight against Alzheimer’s!
