Police: Domestic Assault Arrest; Unfounded Robbery Claim

Two major incidents lead the Herndon Police Department's weekly report.
On May 6, officers were called to the 700 block of Van Buren Street regarding a domestic dispute. Police say Milton Reyes chocked the mother of his children.
Reyes, 35, of Herndon, is charged with strangulation and domestic assault.
On Thursday, May 8, officers were called to the 1100 block of Elden Street.
A victim told police that he had been robbed by an unknown subject, but an investigation revealed the case was unfounded, according to Herndon Police.
