Man Who Works in Herndon Injured in Ohio Shooting

The man is in serious condition in an Ohio hospital.

A man who works in Herndon was shot in Ohio over the weekend, according to news reports.   

William J. Rudd was the victim of a car-jacking Saturday in Madison County, the Columbus Dispatch reports. Rudd, the parent of a young son, is in serious condition.

Two teens, Devonere Simmonds and Nathaniel Brunner, have been charged in the crime.

Rudd works as a laser engineer at Fibertek in Herndon, according to WJLA.
