Herndon Police Report - Oct. 31 to Nov. 6

Herndon Police reported the following incidents from Oct. 31 through Nov. 6, 2011:

BRUIN DISTRICT
• The victim reported being assaulted by an acquaintance at 8 p.m. on Oct. 30 in the 300 block of Juniper Court.
• The victim reported damage to the rear quarter panel of their vehicle at 11:18 a.m. on Nov. 1 in the 500 block of Florida Avenue.
• The victim reported an acquaintance had broken their glasses at 12:43 a.m. on Nov. 3 in the 500 block of Florida Avenue.
• The victim reported receiving harassing phone calls, texts and emails from an acquaintance at 12:50 p.m. on Nov. 1 in the 300 block of Holly Court. 

GOLF COURSE DISTRICT
• No incidents reported. 

HALEY SMITH DISTRICT
• The victim reported unauthorized charges on their debit card at 10:35 a.m. on Nov. 3 in the 400 block of Elden Street. 

RUNNYMEDE DISTRICT
• The victim reported being assaulted by an acquaintance at 10:43 p.m. on Nov. 2 in the 900 block of Branch Drive.
• The victim reported their license plate stolen from their vehicle between 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 3 and 7:50 a.m. on Nov. 4 in the 200 block of Meeting House Station Square.
• The victim reported the antenna of their vehicle was damaged between 5 p.m. on Oct. 28 and 8 a.m. on Oct. 31 in the 700 block of Lynn Street.
• Timoteo Trejo Aleman, 60, of no fixed address, was arrested for alleged drunk in public at 10:18 p.m. on Oct. 31 in the 700 block of Station Street. 

CENTER DISTRICT
• The victim reported being assaulted by an acquaintance at 3 p.m. on Nov. 1 in the 1200 block of Wilshire Drive. 

OTHER INCIDENTS
• Jeana Foster, 36, of Gainesville, was arrested for alleged driving while intoxicated at 11 p.m. on Nov. 3 in the 1100 block of Elden Street.
• Cristian Rojas, 35, of Falls Church, was arrested on alleged outstanding warrants out of Fairfax County and Calvert County at 11:40 a.m. on Nov. 1 near the intersection of Elden and Spring streets.
• Jeffrey Droz, 47, of Alexandria, was arrested on an alleged outstanding warrant out of Fairfax County at 8:56 a.m. on Nov. 4 in the 1200 block of Elden Street.
• Herndon Police reported the following traffic incidents from Oct 31 through Nov. 6: six incidents of reckless driving, one incident of driving under the influence, 50 incidents of speeding, eight incidents of no operators license, three incidents of driving while on a suspended or revoked license, and 12 incidents of no or expired drivers license.
