Herndon Police Report: Man Exposed Himself Near Hotel Pool

A subject was seen exposing himself outside a pool hotel area on Nov. 14 in the 100 block of Spring Street.

The Herndon Police Department reported the following incidents from Nov. 12 through Nov. 18, 2012. The following information was supplied by the Herndon Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. 

BRUIN DISTRICT
• The victim reported their wallet stolen from a locker at a gym between 6:40 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 12 in the 13000 block of Worldgate Drive.
• The windshield of a parked vehicle was smashed in between 2 p.m.  on Nov. 13 and 9:35 a.m. on Nov. 14 and an undisclosed amount of cash, credit cards and identification was reported stolen in the 2200 block of Westcourt Lane. 

GOLF COURSE DISTRICT
• A 21-year-old Herndon man was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute at 9:58 p.m. on Nov. 13 in the 700 block of Gentle Breeze Court.

HALEY SMITH DISTRICT
• Two subjects attempted to shoplift clothing from a business at 9:49 p.m. on Nov. 15 in the 400 block of Elden Street.
• The victim reported profanity was written on their garage door at 9:58 a.m. on Nov. 13 in the 400 block of Spring Street.
• A company vehicle was found to have been scratched on the driver side door at 11 a.m. on Nov. 14 in the 200 block of Spring Street.
• A trespassing was reported at 10:06 p.m. on Nov. 13 in the 500 block of Aspen Drive.
• A subject was observed exposing himself outside of a hotel pool area at 9:59 p.m. on Nov. 14 in the 100 block of Spring Street. 

RUNNYMEDE DISTRICT
• The victim reported the back door of their residence was broken in and a television, cable box and laptop computer were missing from inside at 1:41 p.m. on Nov. 14 in the 700 block of Van Buren Street.
• Copper tubing was reported stolen from a construction site at 7:24 a.m. on Nov. 15 in the 800 block of Monroe Street.
• The victim reported their bicycle was stolen between 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 16 and 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 17 in the 600 block of Spring Street.
• The victim reported their front license plate was stolen from their vehicle between 7:30 p.m. and 11:30 pm. On Nov. 17 near the intersection of Cavalier Drive and Third Street.
• A noise complaint was reported at 9:56 p.m. on Nov. 15 in the 1100 block of Devon Street.
• A 39-year-old Sterling man was arrested for driving on a suspended license at 9:43 p.m. on Nov. 16 near the intersection of Elden and Grace streets.
• Several juvenile subjects were found to have been consuming alcohol inside a residence at 10:52 p.m. on Nov. 16 in the 100 block of Fortnightly Boulevard.

CENTER DISTRICT
• The victim reported a safe containing their personal documents was stolen from their residence back in June at 4:21 p.m. on Nov. 15 in the 1000 block of Alabama Drive.
• A 21-year-old Herndon man was issued a summons for possession of marijuana at 10:24 p.m. on Nov. 12 in the 1200 block of Elden Street.
• A 22-year-old man and a 30-year-old man, both of Sterling, were arrested for being drunk in public at 5:47 p.m. on Nov. 13 in the 1200 block of Elden Street.
• A brick was found to have been thrown through the window of a residence between 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 9 and 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 15 in the 1200 block of Wilshire Drive.
• A parked vehicle was found to have its rear window smashed at 2:50 a.m. on Nov. 17 in the 1000 block of Alabama Drive.
• A subject inside a business broke a display case at 9:42 p.m. on Nov. 18 in the 1100 block of Elden Street.
• A 37-year-old Fairfax man was arrested for trespassing at 5:21 p.m. on Nov. 13 in the 1200 block of Elden Street.
• A noise complaint was reported at 9:13 p.m. on Nov. 17 in the 1200 block of Elden Street. 

OTHER INCIDENTS
• A 23-year-old Philomont man was arrested for driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana at 12:07 a.m. on Nov. 16 in the 1000 block of Elden Street.
• A 21-year-old Sterling man was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:51 a.m. on Nov. 18 in the 13000 block of Worldgate Drive.
• A 29-year-old Mt. Rainer, MD man was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 11:32 p.m. on Nov. 18 in the 1000 block of Elden Street.
• An 18-year-old Herndon man was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Fairfax County at 3:37 p.m. on Nov. 14 in the 1100 block of Shannon Place.
• Herndon Police reported the following traffic incidents from Nov. 12-18: one incident of reckless driving, three incidents of driving under the influence, 32 incidents of speeding, two incidents of no operators license, three incidents of driving while on a suspended or revoked license, and 11 incidents of expired or no Town of Herndon sticker.
