Herndon Police Report: Bud Light Stolen

The reported the following incidents from July 30 to August 5, 2012. The following information was supplied by the Herndon Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. 

BRUIN DISTRICT
• The victim reported being assaulted by an acquaintance at 11:45 p.m. on Aug. 4 in the 400 block of Patrick Lane.
• The victim reported their credit cards and an undisclosed amount of cash were stolen from their wallet at 8:05 p.m. on Aug. 1 in the 600 block of Alabama Drive.
• Graffiti was reported found in the area at 8:54 p.m. on Aug. 2 in the 700 block of Palmer Drive.
• The victim reported the tires of their vehicle were slashed at 4:58 p.m. on Aug. 5 in the 400 block of Virginia Avenue.
• A 19-year-old Leesburg man was issued a summons for underage possession of alcohol at 12:54 a.m. on July 30 in the 13000 block of Worldgate Drive.
• The victim reported sending money to a fraudulent loan agent in order to get a loan at 3:33 p.m. on July 31 in the 13000 block of Worldgate Drive. 

GOLF COURSE DISTRICT
• The victim reported their bicycle stolen from a bike rack at 12:30 a.m. on July 30 in the 800 block of Ferndale Avenue.
• The victim reported their vehicle was entered between 11 p.m. on Aug. 4 and 12 p.m. on Aug. 5 and a cell phone and knife were reported stolen in the 1200 block of Summerfield Drive.
• Graffiti was reported in the area at 10:23 a.m. on Aug. 4 in the 1200 block of Herndon Parkway.
• Trespassing was reported at 12:05 p.m. on Aug. 5 in the 1200 block of Herndon Parkway. 

HALEY SMITH DISTRICT
• The victim reported being assaulted by an acquaintance at 1:36 p.m. on July 30 in the 500 block of Huntmar Park Drive.
• The victim reported that they forgot their wallet at a gas station at 5:11 p.m. on Aug. 2 in the 500 block of Elden Street and there were unauthorized transaction son their credit card as well as an undisclosed amount of cash missing from the wallet when it was returned.
• A subject shoplifted two cases of Bud Light from a business at 11:33 p.m. on Aug. 4 in the 400 block of Elden Street.
• A 36-year-old Herndon woman was arrested for larceny at 11:40 a.m. on Aug. 5 in the 400 block of Elden Street.
• A 38-year-old Elmont, NY man was arrested for being drunk in public at 11:34 p.m. on July 30 in the 700 block of Cordell Way.
• The victim reported the front window of their residence was damaged by an acquaintance at 11:34 p.m. on July 30 in the 700 block of Cordell Way. 

RUNNYMEDE DISTRICT
• A 60-year-old Herndon man was arrested for assault at 9:42 p.m. on July 30 in the 800 block o Jackson Street.
• The victim reported being assaulted by an acquaintance at 10:38 a.m. on Aug. 1 in the 1000 block of Queens Court.
• Graffiti was reported found in the area at 1:52 p.m. on July 30 in the 700 block of Lynn Street.
• Graffiti was reported found in the area at 10 a.m. on Aug. 3 in the 700 block of Peachtree Street.
• A 39-year-old Herndon man was arrested for being drunk in public at 11:04 p.m. on Aug. 4 in the 1000 block of Queens Court. 

CENTER DISTRICT
• A 30-year-old Herndon woman was issued a summons for shoplifting at 11:07 a.m. on Aug. 2 in the 1200 block of Elden Street.
• A 34-year-old Herndon man was issued a summons for driving with an open container of alcohol in his vehicle at 1:50 a.m. on Aug. 4 in the 1000 block of Elden Street. 

OTHER INCIDENTS
• A 42-year-old Herndon man was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 7:41 p.m. on July 30 in the 1100 block of Elden Street.
• Herndon police reported the following traffic incidents from July 30 to Aug. 5: one incident of driving under the influence, 16 incidents of speeding, one incident of no operators license, two incidents of driving while on a suspended or revoked license, and three incidents of expired or no Town of Herndon sticker.
