Herndon Parkway Closed at Van Buren Street
Wednesday rush hour traffic to be impacted by closure for next several hours.
Eastbound Herndon Parkway is closed at Van Buren Street for the next few hours as workers repair a traffic signal, according to a Fairfax County alert sent out Wednesday at the beginning of rush hour.
The flow of traffic will be significantly impacted during rush hour and into the evening, the alert said.
The alert encouraged drivers to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
