Herndon Crime Report: Man Bitten by Assailant

Also, a man is robbed at knifepoint of his cell phone by a juvenile he knew.

The Town of Herndon Police Department reported the following two incidents this week. 


Nov. 11 - Aggravated Assault/Biting: A victim was thrown to the ground and bitten by someone he knew, in the 900 block of Park Avenue. The assailant also threw a rock through the victim's car window. The assailant, a Herndon man, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and destruction of property.

Nov. 17 - Robbery: A victim was threatened with a knife and robbed of his cell phone by someone he knew, in the 1000 block of Elden Street. The juvenile, who lives in Herndon, was arrested and charged with robbery and possession of marijuana.
