Dead Body Found Near Site of Fatal Hit and Run

Police said they found a deceased man in a creek near where Wednesday's fatal hit and run happened.

The reported that at about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, an officer who were searching the area near yesterday's fatal hit and run found a deceased, unidentified male. 

The officers were looking in the area surrounding the 600 block of Center Street, where there was , along with . 

During the search Wednesday evening, officers found the deceased man in a creek that runs parallel to Center Street, through some woods and brush. Police are currently working to identify the man and determine the circumstances surrounding his death.
