Crime Solvers Honors County Police Officers

Eight detectives were honored Tuesday during the annual Pinnacle Awards luncheon.

The Fairfax County Crime Solvers Board of Directors honored eight detectives — one from each police district's Criminal Investigations Section — during the Annual Pinnacle Awards luncheon at noon Tuesday.

The event is held every year to recognize the accomplishments of different officers of the Fairfax County Police Department. The luncheon took place at the Country Club of Fairfax, 5110 Ox Road.

In attendance Tuesday were acting chief Lt. Col. Jim Morris, Lt. Col. Ed Roessler, Lt. Col. Tom Ryan, Dave Rohrer, Rob Stalzer and the Fairfax County Crime Solvers Board of Directors.

Detectives who were recognized during the luncheon were Steven Kitzerow, David Koenigsberg, Doug Allen, Ryan Young, Brett Choyce, Scott Brown, Matthew Jewett and Tom Harrington.
