Crime: Sex Assaults, Group Robbery, Car Theft
Herndon Police Department provides weekly crime report.
There were two recent reports by juveniles of sexual assaults in the Town of Herndon, according to the Herndon Police Report. There was also a robbery and a car theft.
From the report:
On March 3, a juvenile reported a prior sexual assault. The case is under investigation.

On March 3, in the 1100 block of Herndon Pw, a victim was attacked by a group of subjects who attempted to rob him. Nothing was taken. The victim recieved a non-life-threatening injury to the hand.
On March 4, in the 1000 block of Elden Street, a rental vehicle was not returned to the business. Jimmie Brown Jr., 32, of Reston, was arrested and charged with grand larceny.

On March 9, a juvenile was sexually assaulted by a known subject. The case is under investigation.
