Crime Report: Two Attacks on Elden Street

Police are investigating both incidents.

Town of Herndon Police reported two recent incidents in which individuals were attacked on Elden Street in town.

The first incident was a robbery that took place on Oct. 15 in the 1200 block of Elden. 

Police said a man was attacked by three unknown suspects who hit him in the head with a blunt object. The suspects robbed him of his cell phone and wallet. The victim also sustained injuries to his arm and face.

The second incident took place on Oct. 24 in the 1000 block of Elden. 

In this incident, the victim reported being attacked by someone he knew, with an object. He was injured on his head and torso, but the injuries were non-life-threatening, police said.

Police said both incidents are still being investigated.
