Rust endorses EW Jackson

Only a few days after the Tea Party successfully hijacked the Republican Party at their nominating convention several of the most conservative Republican legislators publicly withheld their endorsement of EW Jackson for Lt Governor.  Only a few weeks ago, Tom Rust did the opposite and publicly endorsed EW Jackson and the rest of the Republican ticket.  While I can’t believe that Mr. Rust actually subscribes to Mr. Jackson’s world view, I do believe that his propensity to just go along with whatever nonsense his party comes up with makes Mr. Rust untrustworthy, and is reflected in his voting record, especially on the social issues Republicans seem to make their legislative priority year after year.  Women, gays, immigrants, and the poor have been easy targets so far.  It's no wonder that not a single women's group has endorsed Rust.  Below are a choice few EW Jackson quotes.  If this doesn’t convince you to vote for Boysko, then we will never fix what goes on in Richmond.

“One of the common mistakes made by those who have a heart is to assume that the only appropriate giving is downward, i.e. to the poor. While giving to the poor is important, the most powerful giving for wealth building is upward giving.”  E.W. Jackson.

“It is the principle of sin, rebellion against God and His truth which has brought about birth defects and other destructive natural occurrences.”  E.W. Jackson.
