New Entrance/Exit for Herndon Post Office

The prior entrance is now the exit. The prior exit is the entrance. Whose bright idea was this change ? We no longer can leave the Post Office on Grove Street and make a legal  left on Van Buren. Since a U-turn is also illegal at Elden, I made a left onto Elden, a left into Walgreens lot and then back out onto Van Buren towards Reston .
