The MOMS Club of Herndon hosted a cookie exchange for its December meeting.

On Thursday, Dec. 15 moms and their children met for a cookie exchange and a holiday craft at the MOMS Club of Herndon's Holiday Meeting.

The MOMS Club meets monthly at Trinity Presbyterian Church to offer support for area stay-at-home mothers. In addition to the monthly meeting, the group also takes part in play groups, moms nights out, park days, craft days, moms coffee breaks, stroller walks and holiday parties.

The club is open to mothers in the 20170 and 20171 zip codes. Meetings take place every third Thursday of the month. The MOMS Club is nondenominational and meetings are free. MOMS, which stands for Moms Offering Moms Support, is an international nonprofit group.
