700 Easter Baskets Collected at Floris United Methodist Church

The baskets were distributed to 13 area agencies supporting children in need.

Floris United Methodist Church members and friends collected more than 700 Easter baskets for this year's Easter Basket campaign. The baskets, which were made for boys and girls ages 2-12, were distributed to thirteen area agencies which support children in need.

This marks the 10th anniversary of the church’s Easter Basket campaign, which has grown from 150 baskets to over 700. Floris UMC members Ron and Debbie Mowery were this year’s chairs.

Over 500 volunteers helped to make this year’s FUMC Easter Basket program a success, from creating baskets filled with goodies, to helping organize and distribute them.
