Service Dog for Noelle!!!

Hi,

I am the Grandmother of Noelle Mikels who is almost 4 years old.  My daughter Stacie Essex Mikels graduated from Herndon High School in 1999. My family has been Herndon residents for over 25 years.

Noelle was born 14 weeks prematurely and weighed 1 lb. 11 ozs and spent her first 7 months at Fairfax Hospital. She  has chronic lung disease and has been on oxygen since her birth. Chronic lung disease requires her to wear oxygen at all times.  We are raising money for a service dog to carry Noelle's oxygen since it is too heavy for her to carry!  Monty is the service dog that Noelle will receive and is 10 thousand dollars.  5 thousand has to be raised before she can receive the dog. To this date, $3600 has been donated.  We are seeking donations for Noelle's Service dog who will arrive the first few weeks in May.  We have raised alot of money, but we need more.  Monty will be trained to carry small oxygen tanks on either side of him.  Any donations are donated directly to the cost of the service dog and are greatly appreciated.  To get updates about fundraising and the status, log onto Facebook and search for "Service Dog for Noelle."  You can also see Noelle's bright face and read up on her story since birth.

We would like for this to get into all of the Patches if possible and anything else that would help raise money for Noelle.  I would also like to get the family on a local Channel here in Northern Virginia, but no one has called me back.  Can you help please?  I appreciate it.  I can be reached at 703-481-1741.  Thank you and I hope No. VA will help us raise and donate money for my Granddaughter.
