The Herndon Rotary Club will be ringing the bell for the Salvation Army and collecting personal items for the Embry Rucker Shelter in front of Safeway on Elden Street Saturday, Dec. 17,and next Sat., December 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.
