Stand Tall, Postural Education Session: Herndon MOMS Club® Monthly Meeting

The MOMS Club® of Herndon welcomes guest speaker Stacy G. Keith of the Integrative Physical Therapy and Wellness Inc. on Thursday, January 16 from 10 am – Noon at Trinity Presbyterian Church (615 Dranesville Rd, Herndon, VA 20170). Ms. Keith will discuss techniques for improving posture, stretches and strengthening to prevent back injury, and the effect of nutrition on posture. We encourage all Herndon, VA (zip codes 20170 and 20171) stay at-home mothers to join us for this free event.  

Stacy G. Keith, DPT, PT, IMT, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas Women's University and a second Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas. She has had extensive experience over nearly two decades as a physical therapist in hospital settings, in rehabilitation and therapy facilities, and in independent practice. Her clients have included geriatric and orthopedic patients, as well as those suffering from chronic pain and fibromyalgia.  Ms. Keith began studying Integrative Manual Therapy (IMT) in 1998 and trained with Sharon Weiselfish-Giammatteo, the developer of IMT.
