Nia draws from disciplines of the martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. Since the movements are natural and organic, they can be adapted to individual needs and abilities. You can move to your own pace and level.
Nia is great whole body exercise that helps you to increase the awareness of your body’s way and maintain mobility, agility and coordination, leaving your spirit lifted. You will experience 52 moves that will energize and release tension in the main areas of the body: the base, the core and the upper extremities.
